Registration

3 WAYS TO REGISTER:

1. Through our website ~ View our class calendar here  (PREFERRED)
2. Mail in registration form with check or money order made out to V.C.A.C.
3. Come in to the VCAC with registration form or fill one out there and pay with cash, check or credit card

MINORS

Any child under the age of 18 must have parent signature for class registration. If behavior is deemed inappropriate the instructor retains the right to request the minor to leave the class.

REFUND POLICY

• A full refund will be given if the class or workshop you are registering for is already full or does not reach the 5 student minimum and is cancelled.
• A 100% refund will be given if withdrawal is requested at least 2 weeks prior to first class or workshop.
• A 75% refund will be given if withdrawal is requested after 2 weeks but no less than 1 week prior to first class or workshop.
• A 50% refund will be given if withdrawal is requested on or after the first class but before the second class. (Does not include workshops)
• A 50% refund will be given for withdrawal of workshops if requested after 2 weeks but no less than 1 week prior to start date.
• There are no refunds for withdrawals of workshops if requested after 1 week prior to start date.
• Exceptions may be made for extreme circumstances.
