Facility Rental

The Vernon Community Arts Center (VCAC) has several spaces available for rental for arts related events including: meetings, presentations and performances.

On the main floor, there are two spacious galleries, separated by a wide central hallway.  Dimensions of the galleries are: 22’ X 30’ (660 square feet each). The galleries can be divided into smaller spaces with false walls.

The hallway dimensions are: 22’ X 12’ (264 square feet).

Downstairs, there are two large classrooms.  One classroom, equipped with a sink, has dimensions of: 22’ X 30’.  The second classroom is 16’ X   38’ (608 square feet).

Food may be served.  There is a kitchen with microwave oven, sink and refrigerator, but no stove.

No alcohol is permitted.

There is an elevator and the building is handicapped accessible.

Parking for 13 cars, including one handicapped parking space, is provided by VCAC.  There is additional parking at Center Road School, adjacent to the Arts Center and at First Congregational Church, across the street, for approximately 100 cars.
